Turkish Airlines Terms of service

When you are ready to travel, email faksulu@thy.com Monday-Friday between the hours of 9.00am-5.00pm for assistance and identify yourself as a free “R” class passenger and refer you are the winner of LA Marathon 2025. We will make your reservation and advise you of the details. We require name as shown on passport, date of birth and travel information. Please give us a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice for travel dates. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but you should have alternative dates in mind in case your chosen dates are not available.

Your tickets must be issued by June 13, 2025. Extensions will not be permitted under any circumstances. However, a date change is permitted, free of charge, for travel as long as it is within one year of original issuance date of ticket based on availability. Travel is not permitted, May 25- September 16, December 10 – January 10.

Tickets are not good for resale or cash redemption and name changes are not permitted after issuance of tickets. Tickets cannot earn Miles & Smiles points. Tickets are not valid if the actual event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled or moved. Passenger is responsible to pay taxes for the ticket.
